Craigieburn School of Dance is a place for people of all ages to foster their love of dance and learn technical skills in an encouraging environment.We offer tuition in Clasical Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Acrobatics, Musical Theatre, Breaking and Adults classes. Students are instructed under the British Ballet Organisation Syllabus giving our students the opportunity to sit external examinations by an organisation recognised by the National Council of Dance. This can lead to students gaining teaching qualifications later in life. Examinations are not compulsory. The decision is left entirely to the parent and student once the teacher has indicated the student is ready. We also offer open classes to students wishing to take a different path in dance.We have two major performances – a mid year cabaret held at the Melrose
Conference and Reception centre and an end of year production at the
Plenty Ranges Arts and Convention Centre.

Our costumes are made or purchased for you. No costume making is
required. It is hoped that our costumes will be used for both performances
with additional
trim required for the concert. The average cost of costumes is $30 –
$45 for juniors extending to $60 for seniors.
We professionally photograph our troupes and our concert is available on DVD
